This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.5 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore - 4 and to quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the Charge Sheet has been filed in FIR.No.5 of 2017 and the same has been taken in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.1046 of 2019, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
