This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue the National Trade Certificate.

It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, National Trade Certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner and the same is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. After recording the statement made by the respective counsels, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
