It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that the cost of Rs.2000/- has been paid to Mr.D.Madhusudanan, learned counsel for the respondents by way of GPay, in compliance with the order passed by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2023. She has also produced the proof for the same.

3. In view of the above, the miscellaneous petition is ordered, thereby, the delay of 178 days in filing the second appeal is condoned.
