The petitioner appeared before the selection committee constituted for the purpose of making appointment to the post of Junior Training Officer (Turner) pursuant to the call letter sent by the second respondent. The interview was on 19.02.2014. The petitioner produced all the required documents for verification and answered the queries raised by the selection committee. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents have not informed about the outcome of the selection. The petitioner is therefore before this Court for a direction to the respondents to appoint her pursuant to the interview on 19.02.2014.

2. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner has given representation before filing this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a representation to the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation on merits and as per law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt.
