ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the police will not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

3. It is seen from records that there is already a Suit pending in O.S.No.58 of 2010 before the Sub Court, Tambaram between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. In view of the above, the petitioner and the fourth respondent shall workout their remedy in the pending suit, and the second and third respondent shall not interfere with the dispute. This Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
