ORDER
Challenging the correctness of the impugned suspension order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the letter dated 29.04.2019 of the first respondent, whereby it is stated that the suspension of the petitioner was revoked and thereafter, he was also posted in a non-sensitive post. 3. As the petitioner was reinstated in service, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
