ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the orders of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport-5) Department, dated 05.08.2010 and the consequential order of the second respondent, dated 17.06.2015 and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner's driving school is concerned.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court in W.P.No.8977 of 2016, dated 10.03.2016, granted permission to the petitioner therein to submit their representation before the respondents for consideration and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks and till the disposal of the representations, directed the respondents to maintain status quo.

3. Mr.A.Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition, is covered by the decision of this Court cited above.
4. Following the order passed in the said writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed by the respondents, within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till such time, there shall be an order of status quo to be maintained by the respondents. No costs.
