Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records of the second respondent in proceedings No.PERS-11/1002/30/78-11/376 dated 12.02.2004 wherein the second respondent has illegally promoted the Respondents 3 to 6 from the post of Assistant Cargo Manager to Cargo Manager and quash the same and direct the Respondent 1 and 2 herein to promote the petitioner from the Post of Asst. Cargo Manager to Cargo Manager considering the petitioner's seniority in service.

Ms.Kiron Shetty, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for lone petitioner is before this Virtual Court. Learned counsel submits that the captioned writ petition has since become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
