The petitioner's grievance is as against the auctioning of fishing rights in respect of Thokkavadi Lake situated at Thokkavadi Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamali District. 2.Mr.Kaushik, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents would submit that the auction originally proposed on 24.01.2022 has itself been cancelled. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the objection on the very maintainability of this Writ Petition is not very seriously pursued by the respondent nor adverted to by this Court.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
