This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court made in M.P.No.2 of 2012 in W.P.No.12676 of 2012 dated 04.05.2012.

2. When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the order dated 04.05.2012 as referred to above, as against which the present contempt petition has been filed, has been complied with, and recording the same, this contempt petition can be closed.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents also has made similar submissions.

4. In view of the above, since nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudicating further, this contempt petition is closed.
