ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.453 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent. 3.It is seen from records that earlier A2 had approached this Court and filed Crl.O.P.No.3270 of 2014. This petition was disposed of by an order dated 24.11.2023 and the FIR insofar as A2 is concerned, was quashed. This Court directed the 1st respondent to proceed further with the investigation and to file the final report against A1, within a period of eight weeks. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation has been completed and that the final report is going to be filed, within a period of two weeks. 5.In the light of the above development, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. If ultimately the final report is acted upon and the Court below issue summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
