ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2011.
2. The petitioner approached the respondent and also paid requisite fees to survey his property. Now, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on the request made by the petitioner, the respondent surveyed the property on 21.07.2012 in the presence of the petitioner. The petitioner's statement was also recorded that he will get remedy in respect of the encroachment made by the adjacent owner before the civil court. In fact he also filed suit in OS.No.2 of 2012 as against the counter party.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
