Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent/Khadi Board that, the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner has been rejected by the Respondent/Khadi Board vide proceedings in M.S.No.23, dated 27.05.2010, pursuant to the filing of the present Writ Petition. Hence, according to the learned counsel, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
