Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order No.1/$p8V/1492/jehmnghf/03, dated 04.10.2004 issued by the respondent and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the principles of natural justice and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent Corporation to consider and grant light work to the petitioner on the basis of his health condition.

The order under challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the show cause notice, proposing to impose the punishment of two years of stoppage of increment with cumulative effect.

undergone the punishment, no fruitful orders can be passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
