PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration or any other Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Declaration declaring that the Diploma in teacher Education (DTE) issued by the Bharatiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh to the petitioner do not require evaluation in the State of Tamilnadu and to direct the respondents not to insist on the petitioner having their respective certificates evaluated.

O R D E R

The prayer in the present Writ Petition is to declare that the Diploma in teacher Education (DTE) issued by the Bharatiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh to the petitioner do not require evaluation in the State of Tamilnadu and to direct the respondents not to insist on the petitioner having their respective certificates evaluated.

2. The learned representing counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned representing counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
