ORDER

I am not issuing notices to R3, R4 and R5. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 14.10.2022 in Na.Ka.No.A1/2039/2022 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer cum Sub Collector, Chengalpet District who refused to take the petition forwarded by the petitioner herein under the Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. As against that particular order, there is an appellate remedy available before the 1st respondent.

3. If the petitioner has lost out on the issue of limitation, this Court condones the same and the petitioner should file necessary Appeal on or before 03.03.2023.

4. If it is so filed, the 1st respondent must take it on file and proceed further in manner known to law.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
