Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.10574/2008/Sa.Vu.Thi/1/1 dated 30.10.2009 and quash the selection processes of the appointment of the third respondent herein and consequently, direct the first respondent to place the petitioner as Noon-Meal-Organizer in the Adi Dravidar High School, Puliyarambakkam as per norms prescribed by the respondents 1 & 2.
