PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to post of Deputy Director of Employment retrospectively by including his name in the panel for the year 1998 in the appropriate place with all monetary and other consequential service benefits including arrears in the revised scale of pay.
