ORDER

The prayer in this Writ Petition is to take all precautionary measures and arrangements for the upcoming 'Thai Kadai Velli Vizha' in the 9th respondent temple which is scheduled on 06.02.2026 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Additional Government Advocate (HR & CE) would place on record the written instructions submitting that necessary and due precautions are being made and all steps are being taken. Knowing the same, the Writ Petition is filed

unnecessarily.

3. I considered the rival submissions made on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. The submission made on behalf of the respondents that due steps are being taken to celebrate the festival in accordance with the practices and also by taking all necessary measures to the devotees is taken on record and this Writ Petition stand disposed of. No costs.
