Prayer in WP.No.30075 of 2008: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 4th respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Na.Ka.No.1092/99/A3 dated 10.11.2008 and quash the same and direction the respondents 1 to 4 to pay compound interest @ 12% p.a. For the belated payment of retirement benefits within a reasonable time. Prayer in WP.No.866 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the recrods of the 4th respondent in conneection with the impugned order passed by him in Na.Ka.No.331/2013/A3 dt 18.03.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to grant 12% interest for the belated payment of retirement benefits namely:gratuity, leave salary, commutation of pension, pay arrears, GPF compounded annually within a reasonable time.
