Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.113205/C4/E2/09 dated 17.05.2010 and quash the same as devoid of merits insofar as the petitioner is concerned and direct the Respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the promotion list issued by the 2nd respondent for the post of Physical Education Director Grade-II without insisting for qualification of Bachelor Degree.
