When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and submitted that he is not able to contact his client, which shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and hence, the matter may be dismissed for default.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
