This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.640 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
offences under Sections 463, 465, 468, 471, 420 of IPC as against the petitioners.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.640 of 2015 and the same was closed on 16.09.2015 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
