2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent and Mr.R.Neelakandan, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.N.Jayasurya, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order in the writ petition has been complied with.
