O R D E R

The order dated 09.06.2004 issued by the first respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The order impugned was passed pursuant to the failure of Conciliation Report submitted by the competent authority on 29.09.2003. On account of efflux of time, this Court is of an opinion that no further adjudication is required and if at all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any other grievance exists as of now, it is left open to the writ petitioner to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.
