2. Accepting the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 69 days in filing the petition for restoration of the Appeal is condoned and the petition stands allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to number the petition filed for restoration of the Appeal. The application filed for the restoration of the appeal will also stand allowed, the appeal is restored.
