When the matter was listed for hearing on 17.09.2010, learned counsel for the petitioner was not present, hence, the matter was adjourned to 08.10.2020. On 08.10.2020 also, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present, hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 13.10.2020 under the caption "for dismissal".
