C.M.P.No.3423 of 2023 in S.A.No.620 of 2006 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J., This miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.No.3423 of 2023 is filed to bring on records of the proposed respondents/legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in S.A.No.620 of 2006.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.V.Anandamurthy, the learned counsel on record for the respondents submits that the proposed parties are the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent and there is no serious objection in this regard.

Considering the reasons that have been set out in support of this petition and also having been satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the second appeal in S.A.No.620 of 2006. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the respondents shall file vakalat for the proposed respondents.

4. Post the second appeal on 07.02.2024.
