This petition is filed to accept the cause-title.

Heard Mr.M.B.Raghavan, learned counsel for the petitioner appellant.

Originally, the petitioner appellant Company was called as "Liberty Videocon General Insurance Company Limited", which has now been changed into "Liberty General Insurance Limited".

A Certificate of Incorporation to that effect has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, which is also filed before this Court and in support of this contention, a memo has been filed by the petitioner appellant.

Having considered all these materials, this Court is inclined to allow the present petition, accordingly, this petition stands ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the causetitle.
