The Writ Petition is in connection with the tender notification for the year 2003-2004. The petitioner was an unsuccessful participant in the tender, who had filed an appeal, which also came to be rejected. The work for which the tender was called for is for the year 2003-2004. Apparently, the tender period itself has lapsed. Hence, no fruitful orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
