The Official Liquidator v. M/S.Era Infra Engineering Ltd

Comp.A.No.264 of 2018 in Comp.P.No.255 of 2014 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., Ms.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator would submit that the respondent-Company is under liquidation, therefore, they have taken appropriate steps towards settlement of their claims before IRP of the respondent-Company, via. National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi, and therefore, prays that the present Company Application may be closed with liberty to re-open the same, if a need arises in the future. Recording the said submission, this Application is closed with liberty as sought for.
