ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the writ petition has been filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to regularise the service the petitioners with effect from the date of completion of 10 years of service as Part Time Librarian as per G.O.Ms.NO.67, School Education (K1) Dept., dated 18.4.2013, in view of the subsequent development, the prayer made in the petition has become infructuous, hence he prays this Court to dismiss the present writ petition.

2.In such view of the matter, recording the said submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
