Mr.M.Kempraj, learned counsel on record for sole writ petitioner V.Santhanam, S/o.Vedachalam and Ms.Karthikaa Ashok, learned counsel for Chennai Corporation on behalf of both the respondents are before this Virtual Court.

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is no more and as of now he does not have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions from any legal heirs of the writ petitioner.

3. Therefore, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed albeit preserving the rights of the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner if they choose to adjudicate the matter at a later point of time. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also disposed of as closed with the liberty being preserved in the same manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
