O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 09.12.2024, wherein, the petitioner has sought for survey and demarcation of the boundaries. 2.Heard Mr.S.Esakkimuthu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The petitioner is claiming title to the subject property through a registered Settlement Deed dated 20.03.2024. That apart, patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.4860. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted for demarcation of boundaries. Accordingly, an on-line application was submitted by the petitioner on 09.12.2024. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a 2/4

direction to the respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 09.12.2024, wherein, the petitioner has also paid the necessary charges and the survey shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any third party claims are made, the survey shall be conducted in their presence.
