The petitioner has come to this Court challenging the Memorandum dated 05.08.2009 issued by the first respondent and seeking a direction to the second respondent to select him for the post of Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds. 2.It is seen that at the time of filing the writ petition, the petitioner was aged about 49 years. After pendency of ten years, the petitioner is now aged about 59 years, which is over https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and above the age limit for seeking appointment under compassionate grounds.

3.As the petitioner stands disqualified to the post of Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
