2.
The instant intra-court appeal arises from the order dated 07.01.2015 passed in W.P.No.30869 of 2014.
3.
The writ petitioner/respondent herein came up with the writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents therein to provide separate dedicated feeder line from 110/22 KV Sipcot Sub station to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 6.6.2014. 4.
The appellants/ respondents therein responded to the writ petition, stating inter-alia that while installing dedicated feeder line, there are requirements of 50% load concept, availability of Bay at the concerned sub station and procurement of required land and constraints in erecting the 22 Kv dedicated feeder line from Vaigaikulam sub station to Mountain Spinning Mill HTSC 92. The writ petitioner never submitted a reply or intended to take the technical conditions. In that view of the matter, it is not possible to give dedicated feeder line on the basis of his representation dated 6.6.2014.
5.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent herein/writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is ready to comply with all technical requirements as required by the appellant Corporation and the writ petitioner is further ready and willing to pay the entire cost of installation of dedicated feeder line. 6.
In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere with it. However, we direct the writ petitioner / respondent herein to satisfy the requirement for installing the dedicated feeder line, as early as possible. Thereafter, the appellants Corporation would take steps to grant dedicated feeder line, as directed, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
