The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to stop and close down the flour and chilly powder mill operated by the 4th and 5th respondents at No.6, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rangasamy lay out, 1st street, Villupuram.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respective parties, on instructions, submitted that the respondent authorities took steps and closed the mill in question and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
