ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition for challenging the suspension order dated 27.05.2013 issued by the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petition has been filed challenging the suspension order, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, the impugned suspension order was recalled and, hence , the prayer made in the petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
