Writ petitions under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ Calling for the records of the impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent pertaining in Ku.No.222-2222-D2 TNSTC-2015 dated 18/02/2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to drop the charges framed against the petitioner and grant such other further relief.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) The authorities, questioning the interim stay of operation of the impugned proceedings granted in W.P.No.8419 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015, at the notice of motion stage, have come up with this intracourt appeal. Notice has already been made returnable on 11-062015. Hence, at this stage, the proper course would be to appear before the Court and make appropriate application, if so advised, even for vacating the stay and also, a request may be made for expeditious consideration and disposal of the main writ petition. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The appeal stands dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
