This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies(DRCS).
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is not able to get instructions from his client to pursue this writ petition.

provisional selection list was also published on 26.08.2004. This writ petition is pending from the year 2004. Considering the efflux of time, the writ petition is disposed of without any direction.
