O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 17.08.2015 in S.T.C.No.44 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level II, Poonamallee, thereby the trial Court closed the evidence of P.W.1 and posted the matter for defendant side evidence.

2.This Court finds there is no infirmity in the order passed by the trial Court, the petitioner is devoid of merits. Considering the C.C of the year is 2014 the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
