This petition is filed to condone the delay of 291 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment passed in Spl.C.C.No.79 of 2021 dated 12.02.2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
