Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the second respondent culminating in the issue of order in original No.82/2024-AC(GST RF) dated 29.08.2024 from file No.GEXCOM/RFD/GST/14579/2022-TECHCGST and No.83/2024-AC(GST RF) dated 30.08.2024 from file No.GEXCOM/RFD/GST/14580/2022-TECH-CGST and quash the same with consequential relief.

ORDER

After submitting for a briefed, the learned counsel for the petitioner would request the liberty of this Court to file an appeal challenging the order dated 29.08.2024 & 30.08.2024, to which, the learned counsel for the respondent does not have any serious objection.

2.In view thereof, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal. If any such appeal is filed, the same shall be entertained without reference to limitation subject to complying with all other conditions including pre - deposit, within a period of four weeks. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
