O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No.1330 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the complainant and petitioner/accused herein, have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. The complainant as well as the petitioner/accused are personally present before this Court and they were identified by their counsel on record. An affidavit dated 15.09.2017 of the defacto complainant has also been filed and the relevant portion of the same would read thus:

"I humbly submit that the petitioner herein is none other than my friend. He has never threatened either directly or indirectly regarding any issue. Therefore the complaint against the petitioner given by me shall be quashed"

4.In view of the affidavit filed by the defacto complainant, this Criminal Original Proceedings stands allowed. The proceedings in Crime No.1330 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed.
