Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in DO No.897/2007 in C No.J1/16655/2009 dated 29.11.09 and D.No.898/2009 in C. No.P1/4994/2009 dated 30.11.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondent to superannuate the petitioner from service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits. For Petitioner : Mr.Alagu Gowtham for Mr.M.Muthappan in both Wps.
