CRIME NO 237/2015 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the sentence imposed against the Petitioner conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant in S.C.No.43/2016 dated 26.08.2021 by Hon`ble III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and release the Petitioner on Bail pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.663 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed his counter affidavit.

When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
