No.357/1993 with C.A. No.354/1993 in W.P. No.555/1990 in S.L.P. No.1820/1990 dated 05.05.1995 and pass appropriate orders thereon in the interest of justice within reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing i.e. on 05.02.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the same was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
