ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the Survey No.113/1, Pazhaverkadu Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fresh representation before the authority concerned for the relief sought for herein.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents have no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court disposes of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, if need be, before the authority concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. No costs.
