Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 31.01.2019 at 7.00 P.M. to 12.00 P.M. at "Sri Ongaliamman Temple Festival" Eriyur Village, Sunchalnatham Post, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District by considering the representation dated 19.01.2019 made by the petitioner.

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 31.01.2019 at 7.00 P.M. to 12.00 P.M. at "Sri Ongaliamman Temple Festival" Eriyur Village, Sunchalnatham Post, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District by considering his representation dated 19.01.2019.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 19.01.2019 has already been considered by the respondents vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.02/E4PS/Inspector/2019 dated 29.01.2019 granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the cultural programme (Adal Padal) subject to the conditions, which have already been imposed by this Court in similar matters. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
