This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and consider the petitioner's bail application in Crl.O.P.No.30262 of 2022 order dated 07.12.2022.

2. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition that, the petitioners were able to collect the order copy only on 03.01.2023 and that the 2nd petitioner fell ill, therefore, they could not comply with the condition, three weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30262 of 2022 order dated 07.12.2022.
